Terms and Conditions

 

Lingerie Mart has been a successful distributor and retailer of lingerie and body shapers worldwide since 1997. For over 20 years, we have shipped to over 500,000 domestic and international wholesale lingerie orders to customers of all sizes. We offer the widest selection of brands and wholesale lingerie that appeal to all venues. Our customers are #1 and we are committed to your complete satisfaction.

 

There is a $250.00 minimal order when placing an on-line order on LingerieMart.com. If shopping in person at the Atlanta Lingerie Mart warehouse the wholesale purchase minimal is $400.00 each visit to buy at wholesale prices while meeting the minimum quantity for each style (SKU#). The prices listed on the Lingerie Mart website are considered wholesale (for bulk purchase resale) and apply to wholesale buyers. This guaranteed lowest price represents an "assorted" mix as stated in the shopping cart. The quantity shown in the shopping cart reflects the minimum number of pieces required on that SKU (style #) in order to obtain the low wholesale/bulk price. If you would like to purchase less quantity of a style and select your specific size, please order at our sister website, www.PlanetLingerie.com.

 

Placing Your Order / Setting Up An Account

If not already an online customer, set yourself up as a New User by selecting Register. The fields will prompt you to fill in all required information. Write down your Username/ID and password and hold in safe keeping for your future use. Once your account is set up, go shopping!  You can save your information, past orders and orders in progress. Once you completed your order and your payment method, submit it into process to finalize your order. You will receive an immediate confirmation number back which confirms proper submission of your order (do not hit your back button or change browsers until you receive this confirmation). This confirmation number then becomes your sales order number, and also confirms this order will be received by us for processing. Please use this confirmation sales order number for any needed reference.  

 

Shipping

Most orders ship same business day as placed. We process and generally ship (when paid in full) within 1-3 business days. Only unless an item is on backorder, a special order, or a factory production delay is experienced it may take longer so we ask for 7 business days for processing and before inquiring as we receive hundreds of emails each day. Orders ship Monday - Friday with the exception of the observed major USA holidays. Larger orders may take more time to process depending on the size of the order.

 

Ground shipping (lowest shipping cost) is selected by default for your shipping option (for Domestic lower 48 states excluding Hawaii, Alaska, Guam) unless you request Express.  Express costs are based on weight, location, box dimensions. These additional charges will be added to your invoice and must be paid in full prior to shipping.  When orders ship out, an automatic email from the shipping carrier with tracking (Example, UPS) is sent to your email address. 

 

For International shipping, all costs are quoted in US Dollars. We will always ship your order the quickest method at the most economical way unless you advise us differently. Carriers shipping costs, including US Postal Service, vary depending their logistics, country locations and service centers. Because of this, we quote every package through different common carriers and methods; (Economy, Priority, Express, etc). International shipping is based on weight, box dimensions, and location and their cost cannot be determined until after the order is fully packed. Thus the International shipping field in the order will show as a "0" but it states "added cost". Your credit card will be charged for shipping before the order ships. Orders, whether international or domestic, cancelled for not wanting to pay shipping or after items have been packed and secured are subject to a cancellation fee and 20% restocking fee.

 

Lingerie Mart has been shipping international since 1997. We ship worldwide daily. We are the experienced experts in shipping abroad. We process and will provide all required invoicing and documents required by each country as this saves you money verses hiring an outside agent or broker at your destination. We understand your package will need to clear customs and some duties may be imposed. However, you will receive all required paperwork and documents so your package will not be delayed.

 

All orders ship FOB our warehouse in Alpharetta, Georgia USA. Please note domestic carriers (such as UPS) will not deliver to a PO Box, therefore, all PO Box ship-to addresses will be sent via the Postal Service (USPS). For any package refused or returned by carrier, cost for reshipment will need to be prepaid.

 

Payments

All orders need to be paid in full prior to shipping. We offer several easy payment methods: Amex, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, JBC, Debit Cards, Gift Cards, Cash, Wire Transfer, Western Union. Payment is secured at time of ordering which secures the funds so your goods can be secured off the sales floor for you.

 

Credit Cards / Debit Cards  / PayPal

We accept all major credit cards. The full card number, expiration date, CVV2 code (4 digits for American Express and 3 digits for Visa/MasterCard) and card name match to the buyer and order is required. The submission of your order and your credit card authorizes your card to be charged through our credit card processing company (Authorize.net) for your order and shipping. We utilize the trusted and safe Authorize.net gateway for all internet credit card transactions. This insures the safety of your card information as all information is encrypted and secure. Please note, we do not ship orders for credit cards that have declined or if we are unable to obtain proper bank verification, approval on your card, required ID docs or any other verification as deemed necessary.  Orders using someone else's credit card will be held and require authorization from all parties prior to shipping. We will block or close accounts showing suspicious activity or other questionable criteria.

Wire Transfer / Swift Transfer / Western Union

 

Bank Wire Transfers and Western Union payments are common and easy. Upon receiving your order, we will email you all the pertinent information to send your funds. There is a wire transfer fee of $20.00 so please add this to your initial payment. For Western Union, after making your payment at your local facility, please email us your control/receipt number so we can obtain payment. 

 

Inventory Changes / Substitutions

The LingerieMart.com website is updated on a daily basis for item availability. Inventory is pulled and orders are processed on a continued daily basis. We are open to the public and have numerous walk-in wholesales here purchasing with us daily. Inventory can fluctuate.  There is a slight possible chance your requested style may have sold out prior to processing your order. If this is the case for your particular order, we may substitute at our option a similar or better "like type" item or "like style" for the same price. This is to insure prompt handling of your order and to not have a delay, or we will email you advising which styles are sold out for you send an alternate list.

 

Return Exchanges

All return exchange requests must be submitted in writing to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. within 5 days of receipt of merchandise and require prior authorization from Lingerie Mart BEFORE returning any goods back.  We will email back with shipping instructions in order to be valid.   No sales are guaranteed and all sales are considered Final Sale with Store Credit only to apply to a future order.  Shipping costs are non-refundable, non-reimbursable.  A small restocking fee applies, unless the item is deemed a manufacture defect (items confirmed a manufacture defect will be replaced with the same style and are not subject to the restocking fee.) After you receive our email approval with return instructions, all items must be returned in their original package with all original tags still intact, unworn, and in the same condition in which they shipped.  We carefully inspect each item and can reject any return if considered worn, dirty or missing tags or packages. We do not accept any returns or exchanges for the following items and due to health regulations: shape wear, fajas, girdles, panties, costumes, swimwear, seasonal. All seasonal and clearance or final sale items are not valid for a return exchange. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted and may be shipped back at the customer's expense or considered a 'ship back free item' that you choose to give back to us at your expense.  

 

Package Returns made by the shipping carrier marked "refused", "rejected", "undeliverable", "wrong or insufficient address", "no answer/too many attempts", or similar, are held at store credit only with all shipping costs non-reimbursable. Additionally, any secondary shipping (re-ship) is at the responsibility of the customer.

 

Special Size Requests On Items That Are Shown Assorted (Does not include shapewear, i.e. Ann Chery products) 

 

Prices listed on the website reflect wholesale bulk prices at an assorted mix of sizes or colors for that style. You may send an email size request after placing your order.  We are happy to try to assist but please understand we cannot guarantee all requests will be fulfilled in full as inventory changes.  If requesting only 1 or 2 sizes for example, or other highly specific requests, a slight up-charge of 25% may apply.  Example, if the assorted babydoll mix is listed at $8.00 each, and you request (all large) the slight up-charge for that unit would then only be an extra $1.60 each. While we still offer a great wholesale price, you are then assured of getting exacts breakouts to better serve your individual store needs.  Shapewear styles are offered in the cart showing Full Assorted Size Scale/Range and also ranges including Lower Size Scale, Mid Size Scale, Upper Size Scale. For specific quantity in specific size the 25% up-charge would apply and be charged before shipping.
